On Wednesday April 19th, Volunteers in Medicine visited I’m Big Now Learning Center. They discussed with the students how to properly clean your teeth and how many times to brush your teeth daily. The volunteers also discussed how to floss and use mouthwash. The student learned about how much sugar is in different foods they enjoy like ketchup and cereal. Finally, each student got to practice on their puppet to show the volunteers how to properly brush the alligators teeth.
